Leah Merli

Leah Merli is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at McCain Foods since October 2019. With extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, Leah previously held key roles at Sun Life Financial, including Director of HRBP Enterprise Services and Director of HRBP Talent Programs. Leah's career also includes significant contributions at BlackBerry, where leadership responsibilities spanned from managing global campus programs to executive recruitment. Earlier experience at Deloitte encompassed consulting campus recruitment, alongside foundational roles in learning and development at Direct Energy. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of Ottawa and a Human Resource Management Certificate from Humber College.
