Krishna Kumar Nair (KK) is Vice President and Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Cyient. KK has over 20 years of experience in the technology hiring space and leads Cyient’s Global Talent Acquisition effort in high volume and strategic recruitment, developing multi- channel sourcing engines, activating RPO systems, and building specialist fulfillment teams. He also focuses on emerging skill sets and creating a sustainable Associate Value Proposition for Cyient.

KK holds Masters in Human Resource Management and is a Certified Talent Acquisition Professional (CTAP) from Aon.
