Olivia Auell is a highly experienced sensory scientist with a strong background in food science and sensory analysis, currently serving as a Senior Sensory Scientist at McCain Foods since January 2023. Prior to this role, Olivia worked as a Consumer and Sensory Scientist at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, where contributions included implementing a new sensory method that resulted in over $6 million in cost savings and earning an R&D Leadership Values award for outstanding presentations.
