Romeena de Almeida

Romeena de Almeida, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently serving in the role of Project Manager for Global Growth & Strategy at McCain Foods since November 2022. With a strong background in project management and communications, Romeena has held various positions within the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter, including Portfolio Manager for Communications & Infrastructure and Social Media Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Product Innovation Manager at BioSteel and Project Manager at Canopy Growth Corporation, with a focus on Canopy Animal Health. Romeena’s career also encompasses project management roles at Iovate Health Sciences International Inc. and CMA CGM Log, along with logistics coordination and leadership experience at TEDxUofT. Romeena holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Toronto Mississauga, completed in 2016.
