Joy Pendola has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health. Joy currently holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer at McCall Behavioral Health Network and The McCall Center for Behavioral Health, which they assumed in 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Connecticut Renaissance from 2017 to 2020. Joy also held the role of Clinical Director of Adolescent and Outpatient Services at the same company from 2016 to 2017. Joy then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Southern Connecticut State University from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their academic qualifications, Joy obtained the certification of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from the CT. Dept. of Public Health in January 2000. Joy later obtained the certification of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor from the same institution in August 2013.
