Joy Pendola

Joy Pendola has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health. Joy currently holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer at McCall Behavioral Health Network and The McCall Center for Behavioral Health, which they assumed in 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Connecticut Renaissance from 2017 to 2020. Joy also held the role of Clinical Director of Adolescent and Outpatient Services at the same company from 2016 to 2017. Before joining Connecticut Renaissance, Joy worked as a Clinical Manager at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital from 2009 to 2016. Joy also served as the Clinical Director at Mt. St. John from 2007 to 2009 and as the Associate Director of Adolescent Services at Rushford Center, Inc. from 2002 to 2007.

Joy Pendola received their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut between 1991 and 1995. Joy then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Southern Connecticut State University from 1995 to 1998. In addition to their academic qualifications, Joy obtained the certification of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist from the CT. Dept. of Public Health in January 2000. Joy later obtained the certification of Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor from the same institution in August 2013.
