Mark Rothfuss

Mark is the Managing Partner of the Firm’s Foreclosure group in Ohio and Kentucky. He brings nearly two decades of experience and expertise as an attorney in the default space representing a large base of lenders and servicers. Mark has extensive experience as an executive for a large private practice and is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics at industry trade events and conferences.
