Thomas Hayes is an accomplished legal and educational professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and General Counsel/Dean of Faculty for Recruitment at McCallie School since 2012, Thomas has demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence and administrative efficiency. Prior to this, a tenure at Miller & Martin PLLC as an attorney from 2005 to 2012 provided valuable legal expertise. Thomas also contributed to the educational sector as a teacher, coach, and Director of Development at Christ Presbyterian Academy from 1994 to 2002. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Vanderbilt University, a Master of Arts (MA) in Classical Studies from Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Latin from Brown University.
