Amy Kiernan

Amy Kiernan has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Amy most recently served as the Head of Agency Development and Integration at McCann Birmingham since 2019. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at the same company from 2019 to 2023. Amy also worked at MRM//McCann as the Regional Digital Director and later as the Digital Director from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held the position of Head of Digital Performance at iProspect, where they led a team of performance specialists and managed multiple clients across the MENA region. Amy also founded and managed their own award-winning agency called Shadow Giants, specializing in social and digital communication for various sectors such as travel & leisure, public sector, recruitment, and automotive. Amy has previously worked for The Sargeant Partnership Ltd and Leader in marketing and account management roles. Amy began their career as a Consumer PR Coordinator at Avon.

Amy Kiernan attended Staffordshire University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General.
