Daniele Carroll

Daniele Carroll has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Daniele started their career as a Human Resources Intern at CARR a Xerox Company in 2014, where they provided clerical and administrative support to the HR department. In 2015, Daniele worked as a Talent Management Intern at inVentiv Health Public Relations Group.

In 2016, Daniele joined McCann New York, initially as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment for junior level roles and also spearheaded talent-related research initiatives. Daniele then progressed to become a Talent Acquisition Associate, where they developed and managed a quarterly Apprenticeship Program and coordinated various events. Daniele was later promoted to a Human Resources Associate role, and subsequently to the position of Human Resources Generalist. Daniele'sresponsibilities in these roles included managing HR programs and providing support in various HR functions.

Most recently, Daniele held the position of Manager, HR Business Partner at McCann New York, and is currently serving as an Associate Director, HR Business Partner.

Daniele (Herbine) Carroll earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from Penn State University in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a minor in Spanish during their time there.
