Deeksha Rao is currently the Director HR at BlendAi Digital, where Deeksha oversees talent management strategies such as recruitment, workforce planning, performance management, and retention of top talents. Prior to this, Deeksha held HR positions at Aionomy, Adcanopus Digital Media Pvt. Ltd., and Teamlease Services Limited, gaining experience in employee relations, sourcing quality profiles, and payroll operations. Deeksha also has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from KSOU.
