Justin Ballheim

Justin Ballheim has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Justin started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Unilever HPC before moving up to roles such as Senior Assistant Brand Building Manager and Associate Brand Building Manager, where they played key roles in developing and executing integrated marketing plans for brands like Dove and Sunsilk. Justin then transitioned to the entertainment industry, working as a Coordinator at Kurtzman/Orci Productions and a TV Drama Development Assistant at Warner Bros. Television. Justin also worked as a Feature & TV Literary Assistant at United Talent Agency. Justin later joined Green Mountain Coffee Roasters as an Associate Brand Manager before becoming a Brand Manager, where they successfully managed marketing and development activities and actively contributed to strategic planning. Afterwards, they served as a Strategic Planning Director at Pitch before joining McCann New York, where they held various positions including Strategy Director, VP Global Strategy Director, and currently SVP, Group Strategy Director. Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and agencies. Justin has also been involved in non-profit work as a member of the Board of Directors at Have Dreams, a Chicagoland non-profit serving children with autism.

Justin Ballheim attended Northwestern University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Justin'sfields of study included Journalism, Political Science, and Psychology. In 2002, they participated in a study abroad program at Sciences Po in Paris. Before attending Northwestern, Justin completed an International Baccalaureate program and obtained an IB Diploma in 2000.
