Scott Snape

Scott Snape has over 25 years of experience in the audiovisual and technology support industry. Currently serving as a Senior Support Technician at McCann Systems since January 2019, Scott previously held the position of Audio Visual System Programmer at HB Communications, where responsibilities included UI design and backend code implementation for various audiovisual systems. Prior to that, Scott managed the service department at Crimson Tech, focusing on scheduling, evaluations, and budgeting, and gained proficiency in the analysis and repair of complex rack systems. Scott began their career at NEC Technologies as a Senior Technical Support Specialist, providing support and repairs for professional video equipment. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technologies Electronic Engineering from Fitchburg State University.
