Matt Eaton is an experienced business leader in the marketing and advertising sector with a notable career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Business Lead at McCann Worldgroup since August 2018, Matt oversees a bespoke service unit dedicated to Philip Morris' IQOS products. Prior to this role, Matt was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at SET, a Creative Production Agency in Tokyo, from October 2012 to June 2018. Previous positions include Commercial Director at truestar inc., Business Development Director at Press Army Inc., and Managing Director at GroupM, where significant client wins included Unilever and Nike. Matt also launched MEC's Japan office and managed Initiative Media's largest account for Unilever while contributing to various media strategies throughout a career that began in 1993.
