Nabil Mughal is the firm’s Chief Information & Innovation Officer responsible for leading the firm’s Technology and Library divisions. Nabil has 20 years experience in strategy, innovation, business operations, leadership, management, and implementation of business solutions using Information Technology. He focuses on bottom line results, cross-functional team building, leadership, vendor management, cyber security & data privacy, contract negotiations and project management. Nabil has been working in the legal industry since 2003.

The Information Technology department is responsible for innovation, implementation, and advancement of technology with the primary goal of providing the firm with a reliable and robust technological environment. The IT department prides itself on providing exceptional technology and client service to both McCarter & English employees and to the firm’s clients. The IT department provides leading back office applications to the firm’s personnel, as well as an array of litigation support, case management, and library/research tools and services, while keeping the firm’s networks and client data secure.
