Alex Bergeron

Alex Bergeron is an experienced technical theater professional with a strong background in various roles within the industry. Since August 2020, Alex has served as a firefighter at METUCHEN VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY. Concurrently, Alex has been the Technical Director at McCarter Theatre since June 2015, with prior experience as Assistant Technical Director at Goodman Theatre from May 2013 to June 2015. Alex has also held positions as Technical Director at TriArts Sharon Playhouse, Floor Manager and Carpenter at Northlight Theatre, and Carpenter at Walnut Hill School and North Shore Music Theatre. Alex holds a Master of Fine Arts in Technical Design and Production from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Philosophy from the University of South Carolina.
