Courtney Little-Vozos

Courtney Little-Vozos is an accomplished arts manager with extensive experience in theater and community programming. Currently serving as General Manager, Associate General Manager, and Chief of Staff at McCarter Theatre Center since July 2022, Courtney has previously held the position of Producing Director at Art House Productions, Inc. from September 2019 to July 2022, where collaboration with the Executive Director and Board of Trustees was essential in developing local arts initiatives. Additional expertise includes grant panelist roles for various organizations, production oversight for city arts events, and managing educational programs at Premiere Stages. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts: Producing & Theatre Management from Clark University and has pursued further education at Birkbeck, University of London.
