Bassel Anber

Bassel Anber has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and preconstruction. Bassel most recently served as the Director of Design Integration at McCarthy Building Companies. Prior to that, they held senior-level positions at Irvine Company and Webcor, where they oversaw construction and project management operations. Earlier in their career, they worked at TI Contractor, Blach Construction Company, Vance Brown Builders, and C Overaa Construction Company, gaining experience in various roles such as project management, preconstruction, and project engineering. Anber's expertise lies in successfully leading teams and delivering complex construction projects.

Bassel Anber, DBIA, LEED BD+C, obtained their degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 1994. Prior to that, they attended Tamalpais High School from 1983 to 1987. Bassel also participated in several conferences and community of practice sessions/instructions at the Lean Construction Institute and the UC Berkeley Extension Courses, focusing on Lean Construction and Concrete Science. In addition, Bassel holds additional certifications including the ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate from the American Society of Healthcare Engineers, LEED AP BD+C Specialization from USGBC / GBCI, and OSHA 10 Hour Safety Training Certificate from OSHA Trainer.
