Bob Laganke

Bob LaGanke is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with significant experience in preconstruction services. Currently serving as Senior Preconstruction Director at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since November 2016, Bob leads preconstruction efforts for K-12 schools, healthcare, and entertainment projects, including both renovations and ground-up construction. Previously, Bob held the position of Senior Preconstruction Manager at The Weitz Company from June 2014 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing $98 million and $83 million Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts for senior living facilities in Seattle, WA, and providing value engineering support for a $22 million facility in Tucson, AZ. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Management from Purdue University, obtained between 1979 and 1984.
