Tim Santi

Senior Principal, Structures at Walter P Moore

As a 22-year veteran of the A/E/C industry, firm leader of tall building design and Regional Aviation Leader for the East Coast, Tim has been involved with several of the firm’s tallest and most complex building projects. He has extensive international experience with long-span structures and high-rise buildings including the 101-story Shanghai World Financial Center in China. His diversified portfolio also includes major healthcare and sports projects. Tim has served on the firm’s Business Development Steering Committee, lending his unique perspective on winning and successfully delivering high-profile work.

Additionally, he has been published in Modern Steel Construction and is active with the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, American Society of Civil Engineers, and American Institute of Steel Construction. Tim is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and eight other states as well as a registered structural engineer in California. He earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University.
