Gina Joosten

Gina Joosten is the Vice President of Human Resources at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Gina accumulated extensive experience at Target from November 2002 to 2021, where positions included Director of Human Resources, Human Resource Business Partner, Store Director-In Training, and Executive Team Leader across various departments such as Guest Experiences, Hardlines, and Human Resources. Earlier experience includes serving as Location Manager at Aramark from 1999 to 2002. Gina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Southwest Minnesota State University.
