Vlad Hernandez is an accomplished technology and innovation leader with extensive experience in various roles within the IT sector. Currently serving as Director of Innovation at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since October 2023, Vlad has also been a Partner at EnFuerte Partners since January 2006. Prior positions include Vice President roles at ProStar Energy Solutions, where responsibilities spanned product innovation, operations, project management, and IoT, as well as leadership positions at Diligence IT, FireEye, iSIGHT Partners, and CommScope, where Vlad oversaw critical IT infrastructure initiatives globally.
