Nataliya Zaytseva

Nataliya Zaytseva is the Director of Innovation Engineering at Miratech. Nataliya is responsible for developing and executing innovation strategies in the CX Business area, focusing on product development and cost management. Nataliya also holds the title of CX Business Group Director, managing a new segment of the company's CX business and coaching a team of program managers. Previously, Nataliya served as a Program Manager in the CX domain and oversaw the global delivery of large-scale projects for key customers in the Telecommunications industry. Nataliya has a background in IT engineering and holds a degree in applied mathematics from the National Technical University of Ukraine.
