Amy Bevis MSc. Assoc. CIPD has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Leadership Development and EDI Manager at McCarthy & Stone since January 2018, after progressing through roles including Learning and Development Partner and Group Learning and Development Trainer. Prior to this, Amy held the position of IT Administrator at Rentec Limited from June 2012 to January 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bournemouth University, complemented by A-Levels in Psychology, ICT, and History from Brockenhurst College.
