Ian Wilkins

Ian Wilkins is an experienced professional in the construction and housing industry, serving as the Divisional Managing Director for McCarthy & Stone from September 2015 to January 2018, where responsibilities included oversight of the North West, North East, and Scottish regional businesses and membership on the Group Operations Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Ian held various leadership positions, including Regional Managing Director at Stewart Milne Homes from January 2010 to August 2015, and Managing Director at both Harwood Homes (January 1995 - December 2000) and Redrow Homes (January 2000 - December 2008). Ian Wilkins holds a BA 2.1 degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham and A-levels in Economics, Geography, and History from Liverpool Bluecoat School.
