Kimberly Howard

Kimberly Howard is a Partner at McCarthy Tétrault, specializing in Energy, Environmental, Regulatory, and Aboriginal law since September 2013. With extensive experience in regulatory and commercial matters, Kimberly focuses on pipelines, natural gas, electric utilities, energy projects, project financings, and climate change law. Notable achievements include navigating federal and provincial approval processes, negotiating project-related agreements, and providing environmental counseling. Kimberly has previously served as a Sessional Instructor at the University of Calgary and worked as an Associate in energy regulatory law and real property. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws in Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law, as well as multiple law degrees from the University of Calgary and the University of Manitoba, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Alberta.
