Susan N. Crisp

Susan N. Crisp has a comprehensive work experience in the legal field, starting with their role as a Supervisor of Real Estate Law Clerks at Miller Thomson LLP in 2014. Susan N. then progressed to become a Manager of Paraprofessionals overseeing Real Estate, Administrative Specialties, and Tax practice groups. Susan later served as an Assistant Director of Legal Talent and Professional Resources for Paraprofessionals at the national level before joining McCarthy Tétrault as the Director of Paraprofessional Operations (National) in 2022. Throughout their roles, Susan focused on mentoring, education, and professional development to ensure exceptional client service.

Susan N. Crisp completed their BAA in Public Administration at Ryerson University from 1991 to 1995. Susan N. later obtained a CPTED Level 1 certificate in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design from Security Through Safe Design Inc. in 2008. In 2021, they earned a certificate in Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission. Currently, they are pursuing a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate at Lifeworks/Queen's University Health Sciences, set to be completed in 2023. Additionally, Susan is a member of The Law Office Management Association (TLOMA) and the IPMA: International Practice Management Association.
