Scott Estes

Scott Estes serves as the Regional Operations Manager at McCarthy Tire Service since July 2013, leading operational initiatives across 14 commercial locations and overseeing a workforce of over 200 employees, as well as a fleet of 85 service trucks, with a focus on safety, service, and sales growth. Previously, Scott held the position of Store Manager, where responsibilities included selling various types of tires and overseeing customer relationships, fleet surveys, and tire maintenance programs. Prior to McCarthy Tire Service, Scott worked as the General Store Manager at Auto Bell Car Wash from January 2005 to July 2013, where management of over 70 employees, financial reporting, operational oversight, and implementation of quality control measures contributed to a significant profit increase of 72% at one location. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Belk College of Business at UNC Charlotte (2006-2010) and graduated from Piedmont High School (2002-2005).
