Natalie Piner

Natalie Piner has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Natalie started their career as a Human Resources Generalist at The Miami Herald in 2005. Natalie then worked as an Account Executive and later as a Human Resources Specialist at the same company. Natalie also served as a Human Resources Consultant, providing support to client divisions. Natalie then joined EDMC as an Adjunct Professor of Applied Ethics & Introduction to Philosophy. Natalie later joined the Miami Herald Media Company as a HR/Talent Acquisition Manager and eventually became the Senior Human Resources Manager. Natalie also worked at McClatchy as the Regional HR Director, followed by the Director of Talent Acquisition. Natalie'smost recent role was as the Vice President Strategic Business Partner for News at McClatchy. Overall, Natalie has demonstrated their expertise in talent acquisition, training, employee relations, and strategic HR leadership throughout their career.

Natalie Piner earned a Masters degree in Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center from 2000 to 2004. Before that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Tuskegee University, where they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration from 1993 to 1997. Natalie'seducation began at Miami Dade College, where they earned an AA in Theater from 1990 to 1993.
