Salem MacKnee

Salem Macknee has extensive experience in the journalism and publishing industry, with a career spanning several decades. Salem began at The Chapel Hill Newspaper as a Circulation Secretary and progressed through various roles, including Business Editor and Customer Service Manager, before moving to The Shreveport Journal as Front Page Editor. Subsequent positions included copyediting and technical support roles at The News and Observer and The Charlotte Observer, where Salem was a News Systems Analyst II and later led the Help Desk/Desktop Support team.
