David Watkins

David Watkins is an experienced landscape architect and project manager currently serving as the Assistant Department Head of Land Development at McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. since August 2024. Before this role, David worked at TOLM Group from December 2017 to September 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Design-Build Manager and Project Manager. Previous positions include Project Manager and Landscape Architect at McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc., and Project Designer and Landscape Architect at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. David began the professional journey as a Landscape Architect at Jacobs Engineering. With expertise in designing sports complexes, parks, trails, and urban streetscapes, David has collaborated with various engineering disciplines and contractors across multiple states, enhancing public and private sector projects. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas, earned in 2005.
