Jeannette McClennan has a wealth of work experience in the areas of product and marketing, human-centered design, and interactive customer care. Jeannette began their career in 1993 as the Marketing Director for Prodigy Services Company, where they were responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of multi-channel revenue streams. In 1994, they became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Reuters, where they oversaw all media relationships with major broadcast and print subscribers for the Americas. In 1997, they joined the founding team of MapQuest as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where they built the advertising business model and managed multiple revenue streams. In 1998, they became the Managing Director of Organic Online, where they established ecommerce credentials and service offerings. In 1999, they were appointed President of North America for Ogilvy Interactive, where they were responsible for a revenue base of $160 million in billings. In 2003, they became the President of Media Services and CMO for Local Matters, Inc., where they created a new product called Destination Search. In 2007, they were appointed Chief Executive Officer and President of Daily Makeover, Inc., where they took revenues from under $1 million to $8 million in the first year of operation. Finally, in 2010, they founded McClennan Group, an 80-person product and marketing agency that specializes in human-centered design.

Jeannette McClennan earned a BA and MBA in Marketing from C.W. Post Center, Long Island University between 1975 and 1981.
