Madison Reynolds serves as the Online Operations Manager at McColl's Retail Group since November 2020, overseeing online fulfillment and delivery partnerships across over 500 stores while collaborating with key departments to enhance service and profitability. Previously, Madison participated in a 2-year Operations Future Leader Graduate Scheme involving rotations in Commercial, Finance, HR, and Operations, and led projects focused on technological advancements and efficiency improvements.
