Michael Shaull, CEBS

Michael Shaull has a extensive work experience in the insurance and benefits industry. Michael currently works as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant at McConkey Insurance & Benefits, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, they gained a wealth of experience at Highmark Health, where they served as Lead Client Manager for Key Government Accounts from February 2019 to February 2020 and as Director of Client Management for Strategic Accounts from October 2011 to February 2019. Before joining Highmark Health, Michael was the Regional Director for Sales & Client Management at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania from April 2007 to October 2011. Michael started their career at Conrad Siegel as a Health Benefit Analyst from October 2000 to April 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Coventry as a Regional Sales Manager from April 1998 to October 2000 and as an Account Executive from August 1994 to April 1998.

Michael Shaull, CEBS, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Carolina in 1992. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained certifications in the field of employee benefits. Michael is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), which they earned from The Wharton School. Furthermore, they also hold certifications as an Insurance Agent for Accident and Health, Life & Fixed Annuities, and Property & Casualty, which they obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance.
