Hugh Milliken

Hugh Milliken is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project direction and management within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as the Alliance Project Director for the O2NL Project within Major Projects, Hugh has previously held significant roles such as Project Director for SH25a emergency works and Alliance Project Director for NPW2A at McConnell Dowell. At Downer New Zealand, Hugh held positions including Alliance Manager for the Memorial Park and Mt Messenger Alliances, as well as Construction Manager for the Memorial Park Alliance. Hugh began the career at Haslin Constructions as a Project Manager. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Canterbury, completed in 2002.
