Avishek Roy

Avishek Roy is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across diverse industries, currently serving as the Director HR for India and South East Asia at McCormick & Company since July 2019. Prior to this role, Avishek held various HR leadership positions at PepsiCo from March 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities included talent strategy development and fostering a high-performing culture for the NourishCo joint venture and PepsiCo Franchise business in the Indian Subcontinent. Avishek's experience also includes significant roles at GE, overseeing HR for Measurement & Control Solutions and Digital Energy in India, as well as earlier work at Essar Steel as HR Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.
