Jill Mealy

Jill Mealy, CPIM, CSCP, currently serves as Sr Procurement Manager at McCormick & Company since May 2024. Previously, Jill was the Supply Chain Director at Motif FoodWorks, Inc. from September 2021 to May 2024, where leadership in establishing the S&OP process and developing operational strategies was demonstrated. Jill's earlier experience includes roles within The J.M. Smucker Company, encompassing Finance Manager - Marketing, Sourcing Manager for Packaging, and Lead Analyst in Demand Planning. Additional experience includes positions at Jo Ann Stores and OfficeMax as a Product Manager and Senior Merchandise Planner. Jill began the professional journey as a Chapter Consultant for Kappa Kappa Gamma and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Merchandising and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from The University of Akron, along with a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School Online, pursued from 2024.
