Jo Whittaker

Jo Whittaker, Fellow CIPD, has over 25 years of experience in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources & Change Management at McCormick & Company since December 2017, Jo previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Iceland Manufacturing and served as Human Resources Business Partner at KPMG UK. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at Park Cake Bakeries and Senior Recruitment Project Manager at Lex Vehicle Leasing. Jo's extensive career began with various HR leadership positions at Mercedez Benz UK, JD Williams, and Datalex. Jo holds a Post Graduate diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Manchester.
