LeeCole Legette is a Principal Scientist at McCormick & Company with extensive experience in product development, nutrition communications, and conducting research studies related to food science. Prior to this role, LeeCole worked as a Principal Research Scientist at Pharmavite and gained experience as a Post Doctoral Fellow at Oregon State University, where they focused on the role of flavonoids in lipid metabolism.
