Mary Dean is an experienced professional in organizational change management and human resources, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies. At McCormick & Company, Mary served as Director of Organizational Change Management and Organizational Change Manager. Prior experience at Northrop Grumman included positions as Senior Principal Organization Effectiveness Representative, Senior Principal HR Business Partner/Project Manager, and Human Resources Manager. Mary also worked as a Human Resource Generalist at AECOM, as well as at ARAMARK Education in similar roles, and began a career in human resources as an intern at Hershey Entertainment and Resorts.
