Olivier Rattin

Olivier Rattin serves as the Global Packaging Innovation Director at McCormick & Company since January 2000, where leadership involves the development and implementation of strategic roadmaps focused on sustainable and consumer-centric packaging solutions. Previous experience includes the role of EMEA Packaging Development Director, emphasizing innovation, cost reduction, and regulatory compliance in packaging design. Prior to McCormick, Olivier worked at Lactalis from September 1997 to December 2000, holding positions such as Packaging Development Project Manager and Packaging Vendor Assurance Manager, focusing on generating and implementing new packaging ideas for brands like Lactel and Société. Olivier holds a DUT in Génie Mécanique from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, completed in 1995.
