Silvana Galdamez

Silvana Galdamez boasts extensive experience in commercial excellence and business growth, having served in various leadership roles at McCormick & Company from April 2014 to April 2025, including Commercial Excellence Director, Business Growth Director for LATAM, and Marketing Director. Prior to this, Silvana Galdamez contributed as a Mentor at Student Mentoring International from May 2018 to December 2018 and held the position of Brand Manager at Unilever from January 2005 to January 2010. Educational achievements include a degree in Future of Commerce, Artificial Intelligence, Leadership from Harvard Business School in March 2025 and a program focused on the Effective Execution of Organizational Strategy from Wharton Executive Education in April 2023.
