Suzanne Roy

Suzanne Roy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the food and flavor industry, currently serving as General Manager of North America Flavor at McCormick & Company since June 2018, where Suzanne oversees multiple business units and drives integration across commercial teams. Previously, as VP of Sales and Marketing for Custom Flavor Solutions, Suzanne significantly expanded the customer base and positioned McCormick as a preferred supplier. Suzanne serves as a Partner Board Member for SupHerb Farms and as a Board Member for the Baltimore School for the Arts, contributing to operational excellence and arts accessibility, respectively. Suzanne's earlier roles at McCormick included directing sales and marketing development, industrial sales, and business development, complemented by a career start at Marsan Foods Limited.
