Willy Pegues IV is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at McCownGordon Construction. Prior to this role, Willy served as the Commander of the 235th Regiment in the Kansas Army National Guard. With a background in healthcare, Willy has held various leadership positions at Truman Medical Centers, including Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Associate Administrator of Women's Health Services, Director of Primary Medicine, and Manager of Clinical Informatics. Additionally, Willy has experience as a Program Manager at EDS. Willy holds a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College, an MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas.
