Cindy van Den Elzen

Cindy van den Elzen is an experienced IT Change Management Consultant with a strong background in global procurement and technology implementations. Currently working at McCoy since June 2022, Cindy has held various roles in change management, including positions at Ahlstrom and Marel, where responsibilities included coordinating change management activities for major system rollouts such as Ariba and SAP S/4HANA. In addition to extensive consulting roles, Cindy has also contributed to communication and training efforts at JDE Peet's and has experience in project management and business consultancy from positions held at Cmotions and ProcesDOEN. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Avans University of Applied Sciences and has been actively involved in various academic and consultancy roles since 2018.
