Jacobien de Lange

Jacobien de Lange is an experienced Transformation Consultant at McCoy & Partners since February 2018, specializing in change management and business process management. With a diverse background in consulting roles across various companies, Jacobien has contributed significantly to business process improvements and change initiatives at Damen, ASML, Darling Ingredients, and others. Jacobien has extensive expertise in BPM, including the use of ARIS as a tool for enterprise architecture and process modeling. In addition to full-time roles, Jacobien serves as a freelance Scriptiebegeleider, mentoring students in thesis writing by providing guidance on content and planning.
