Previous roles include Consultant Head of Marketing and Communications at Keller Williams UK Estate Agents, alongside a consultancy position at Be Creative Agency, where Dylan achieved substantial revenue growth and increased client engagement through effective marketing strategies. As Chief Executive Officer of The 10:10 Trust, Dylan led a large team to support vulnerable families in South Ayrshire, overseeing multiple community projects. Additional experience includes freelance consultancy, project management within The Church of Scotland, and impactful marketing leadership at Razzamataz Theatre Schools.
