Earle Rice

Earle joined the MTSi management team in February 2013. He is responsible for management and oversight of the company’s accounting, finance, and information systems. During his career, Earle has amassed over 35 years of experience in management, accounting, and finance including over 25 years in the insurance and healthcare benefits industry.

After graduating with a BS in Accounting from the University of Tulsa, Earle spent the first 3 years of his career in public accounting, where he earned his CPA and performed audits and tax compliance services in a wide variety of industries. Over the next 14 years, he progressed steadily with a large nationwide property-casualty company from Controller to CFO and ultimately to Chief Operating Officer. Just prior to joining MTSi, Earle spent approximately 13 years as Sr. VP of Finance with Community Care Managed Health Care Plans in Tulsa. During his career, Earle’s responsibilities have included accounting, financial reporting, treasury, investments, financial analysis, operations, strategic planning, underwriting, and public offerings.

Earle is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Tulsa Business Ethics Consortium.
