Principal ICT Officer

Igor James has been working in the IT industry for over 15 years. Principal started their career as a Network/Systems Administrator for K&K Screw Products LLC in December 2008. Principal was responsible for managing and maintaining all company-wide hardware and software, including Cisco telecommunication equipment, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and various instances of Microsoft SQL Server.

In August 2010, Igor James took on the role of Principal ICT Officer at MCDE. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Principal has successfully restructured MCDE's Microsoft Active Directory services, improved testing procedures by implementing a laboratory/testing environment through virtualization technologies, and established SLA's to deliver timely and professional support for all aspects of IT within the company.

The educational career for Principal ICT Officer includes a B.S. in Network Technologies from DePaul University, the Military Officer Accession Program from the Academy of Military Science, and Military Careerfield Training - Computer Systems / Networking from the Air Education and Training Command. The officer also has certification from EXIN in ITILv3 Foundation, CompTIA in CompTIA Server+, Microsoft in MCSE, CompTIA in i-Net+ Certification, Microsoft in Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA in A+, CompTIA in Network+, CompTIA in Security+, (ISC)² in CISSP, Cisco in CCNA - Routing & Switching, and Cisco in CCNA - Security.
