Arun Vellingiri

Arun Vellingiri is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering, particularly within the offshore platform sector. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at McDermott International Inc. since June 2016, Arun has previously held senior engineering positions at both McDermott International Inc. and Dragon Oil (ENOC), focusing on detail engineering, design calculations, and electrical package engineering. Arun’s career began at Tata Chemicals as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, progressing through roles at Essar Oil Limited, where responsibilities included overseeing electrical design for offshore projects, and at Reliance Industries Limited, reviewing engineering deliverables from EPIC contractors. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
