Mahmoud Rabi

Mahmoud Rabi is an Offshore Senior Lead Engineer at McDermott International, Ltd, since May 2023, focusing on the installation preparations for six jackets as part of the Marjan Pkg# 1 project. Mahmoud served as an MDR representative onboard the SSCV Sleipnir during the installation campaign and has experience in offshore cable beach pull preparations. Prior to this role, Mahmoud was a Project Manager at Petroleum Marine Services from March 2007 to May 2023, where responsibilities included analyzing project tenders and drawings. Mahmoud also served as an instructor of Mechanical Engineering at Alexandria Higher Institute of Engineering & Technology between April 2003 and March 2007. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University (1998-2002) and has completed several professional training programs, including confined space entry and project management, as well as basic life support training.
